Do you need your replacement parts fast? We deliver next working day as standard to Mainland UK when ordered before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday up to 4pm on a Monday will be delivered on the Tuesday. Excludes Bank Holidays. Special Orders and larger items can take 2-3 working days to be delivered depending on the courier and your delivery location. If your order contains a Special Order item, then all items will be shipped together when the Special Order item is available for dispatch.

Let us know straight away and we can deliver on a different week day. We can also leave with a neighbour or in a safe place at your address at your own risk. Simply tell us at the point of ordering.

Sometimes addresses are hard to find or there's no answer at the door. Please make sure you provide us with a mobile phone number so we can contact you at the point of delivery if required.
When your order is delivered
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered to make sure it hasn't been damaged in transit. If your order has arrived damaged, please get in touch with us within an hour of delivery to organise a replacement. If the parcel was left in a safe place, damage must be reported the same day. We cannot be held responsible for any damage reported more than 1 day after delivery. To report damage on delivery please email us on sales@vehicle-spares.com quoting your order number starting with 'VS'.
